By accessing or using Daily Puzzle (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content beyond ordinary use.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service or its security.
• Automate completions or manipulate timing or leaderboard data.

5. User-generated puzzles

When you upload an image to create a puzzle, you represent that you own it or have the right to use it. You retain ownership of your image and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process it solely to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms at our discretion.

6. Generated content

Daily puzzle images are automatically generated. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of any generated output. Outputs are provided on an “as is” basis.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Terms
